Service Unit 32-11 Positions/Recognitions
Delegate to GSCNC Annual Meeting
Delegates are appointed by and represent our Service Unit at GSCNC's Annual Meeting and Forums. Each service unit is allotted one delegate for every 200 girl members, based on the previous year. Delegates serve as a liaison between GSCNC and the Service Unit by running a session with all adult Girl Scout Leaders, Teen Advisors and the Service Unit Team in the Service Unit where they ask for feedback regarding Council operations and policy. They attend a Council Forum where they identify and communicate our Service Unit’s needs to the Board of Directors. They attend the GSCNC Annual Meeting and elect the Council Board of Directors, Nominating Committee and the Delegates and Alternate Delegates to the National Council of GSUSA.
